As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in supporting Genworth's core Long Term Care policy administration system. You will monitor system health, resolve complex technical issues, and implement enhancements to meet evolving business needs. What we are looking for

Support and maintain the CLOAS mainframe application for Long Term Care policy administration
Monitor system health, resolve failures, and address policy-related incidents
Analyze user-reported incidents and design/code/document/test solutions
Create reports for data analysis, business support, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, QA, and business partners
Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, CICS, IMS, and production support
