Staff Software Engineer

EngagedMD is seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to architect and build backend infrastructure and features for their Patient Journey Management solution. This fully remote role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex needs into scalable product capabilities and driving technical direction.

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using TypeScript and Node.js
• Lead system design efforts for new and existing platforms
• Own complex backend domains end-to-end
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Customer Success teams
• Drive technical direction and standards across the backend stack
• Mentor and support other engineers
