Own features end-to-end: design, implementation, testing, rollout, and production follow-up
Build and maintain Java/Spring Boot backend services for OTT messaging
Work with partner APIs and webhooks, managing tight deadlines and upgrades
Participate in production support, incident investigation, and bug fixing
Improve system reliability, observability, and quality
Utilize AI in daily workflows for coding, testing, and investigation
