Director, Engineering

Lead the Financial Incentives Engineering team at Garner Health, a fast-growing healthcare technology company. You will be accountable for the correctness, reliability, and security of a critical function that handles claims, eligibility, and payments, while also owning the multi-year roadmap and contributing to company-wide planning. This hands-on role requires technical leadership and a focus on building and growing a high-performing team.

• Lead FIN Engineering function including ingestion, adjudication, and payments
• Own multi-year roadmap and contribute to company-wide planning
• Ensure correctness, reliability, and security of financial transactions
• Set engineering quality bar and drive performance culture
• Build and grow a team of Engineering Managers and senior ICs
• Translate business needs into technical plans and communicate risks
