About this role

Join Cisco's Platform as a Service (PaaS) team as a Senior Software Engineer to lead the evolution of digital infrastructure. You will own the full-stack lifecycle, from designing UI/UX interfaces to architecting backend services, and drive the transition towards No-Ops and AIOps. This role involves technical leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure scalable and reliable platform offerings.

What we are looking for

Design and maintain scalable PaaS solutions including API Gateways and Kafka
Build and maintain platform portals and dashboards using React or Angular
Manage CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Argo CD, and Argo Workflows
Integrate ML models for AIOps and No-Ops automation
Lead complex system design sessions for high availability and performance
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers
