Senior Staff Software Engineer

Checkr is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead the long-term design of core systems and critical cross-organizational initiatives, including international expansion and enterprise architecture. This role involves working across R&D to understand product needs and ensure a scalable, API-first architecture. You will identify opportunities for engineering impact, lead technical efforts, and contribute to high-risk areas.
