Lead high-performing engineering, QA, DevOps, and data teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions. Drive operational efficiency through lean practices, automation, and AI, influencing enterprise technology strategy and fostering alignment across IT. This role reports to the SVP of Software Engineering and Development.

Lead and develop diverse, high-performing engineering, QA, DevOps, data, and architecture teams
Improve time to value using lean practices and SRE principles
Ensure consistent agile execution and advance engineering excellence including CI/CD
Translate business problems into AI roadmaps and govern responsible AI
Guide development of scalable platforms aligned to enterprise architecture
Ensure compliance with SOC-aligned controls and embed secure development lifecycle practices
