As a founding engineer on our new Innovation team, you will build and ship complex, scaled solutions for tens of thousands of clients. You'll influence foundational decisions in architecture, design, and product, working at the 0-to-1 stage with direct access to leadership. What we are looking for

Own end-to-end product development and integration
Build in partnership with clients, advisors, and colleagues
Establish foundational engineering principles and product strategy
Develop at the cutting edge of applied AI
Minimum 7 years of experience
Financial services industry experience required
