Senior Engineering Manager, Claims

Lead the engineering team responsible for Collective Health's core Claims processing system. You will manage development, testing, and maintenance cycles, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive the technical roadmap. This role involves guiding the team in building scalable backend services and integrations, and leading the adoption of AI-powered developer tools and AI-native solutions.

• Manage core Claims processing system development, testing, and maintenance
• Collaborate with Business, Product, Operations, and Support stakeholders
• Define and manage the technical claims roadmap
• Lead adoption of AI developer tools and AI-native solutions
• Guide team in building scalable, cloud-native backend services
• Minimum 12 years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years managing teams
