• Lead system design and architecture with microservices and event-driven architecture
• Perform rapid technical assessments of tools, patterns, and solutions
• Write code to validate ideas and demonstrate feasibility
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and external partners
• Coach and mentor engineers on system design and code quality
• Champion the use of AI assisted engineering tools
