Senior Lead Software Engineer

Allegion is seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer to act as a player-coach, solving complex Order Management problems through secure and scalable software. You will lead a small engineering pod, driving solutions from discovery and design through development, deployment, and adoption, while establishing reusable engineering patterns and influencing technical strategy.

• Partner with business leaders and product teams to define and solve high-value problems
• Lead technical design, prototyping, and hands-on development of production-grade applications, integrations, and APIs
• Evaluate and implement automation, AI, and analytics to improve processes
• Own solutions end-to-end, from development to continuous improvement
• Establish reusable engineering patterns and influence technical strategy for Order Management
• Serve as a player-coach, leading and mentoring a small team of engineers
