Senior Engineering Manager

Vanguard is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and develop high-performing engineering teams. You will provide strategic technology leadership and architectural guidance for Wealth Management products, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term technology strategy. This role involves owning the delivery, operational excellence, security, and scalability of technology solutions, while driving the adoption of modern software engineering practices.

• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing engineering teams
• Provide strategic technology leadership and architectural guidance for Wealth Management products
• Own successful delivery, operational excellence, security, and scalability of technology solutions
• Partner with Product, Architecture, Data, and Technology leaders to shape roadmaps
• Drive adoption of modern software engineering practices including cloud-native, DevSecOps, and AI-enabled development
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and external partners
