Software Engineering Manager (US - Remote)

Lead a team responsible for building and maintaining the core messaging and event infrastructure that powers all of KnowBe4's products. You will manage engineers, guide technical decisions, and ensure the reliability and scalability of systems handling email delivery, event publish/subscribe, and outbound notifications across various channels.

• Manage a software engineering team focused on platform services
• Lead development of high-throughput email delivery and event systems
• Oversee integrations with Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Google Chat
• Ensure reliability and observability of messaging infrastructure
• Guide technical direction using Go, Rust, Python, and AWS
• Manage roadmap planning and delivery for platform services
