Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack

DriveWealth is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join their Core Trade engineering team in NYC. This role involves designing, building, and delivering complex front-end and back-end features for a high-throughput, low-latency trading system. You will lead technical design, mentor junior engineers, and pioneer AI-assisted development workflows.

• Own technical design, architecture, and delivery of React/TypeScript front-end and Java back-end features
• Drive architectural best practices for secure, scalable, and resilient solutions
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers and lead code reviews
• Pioneer AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding and testing
• Architect human-in-the-loop workflows for trade desks and operations
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical execution
