As a Software Engineer at Litera, you will build and enhance Microsoft-based solutions that transform how top law firms operate globally. You'll collaborate within an agile team to deliver front-end and back-end features using C#/.NET and Azure, while also mentoring colleagues and driving innovation with an AI-first mindset.

- Design and deliver front-end and back-end software solutions using C#, .NET, and Microsoft technologies
- Collaborate within a Scrum team on feature development from requirements to delivery
- Apply an AI-first mentality using tools like Cursor and Claude Code
- Mentor team members and act as a point of authority for product areas
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Apps
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills in an agile environment
