Join Motional's Motion Planning team as a Staff Motion Planning Engineer to develop algorithms and software for production-ready autonomous vehicles. You will research, design, and build robust systems for generating safe and comfortable routes, integrating with various vehicle components.

• Develop algorithms for autonomous driving planning
• Integrate and evaluate motion planning and prediction algorithms
• Design and build scalable codebase for algorithm exploration
• Interface with perception, prediction, and control systems
• Participate in code reviews and mentoring
