Lead Forward Deployed Engineer (AI-Native Software Development )

Lead Forward Deployed Engineers at JetBrains to help enterprise customers adopt AI-native development with JetBrains Central. This role involves architecting and managing deployments, mentoring other engineers, and driving the transition to governed, scalable AI workflows. You will act as a trusted advisor, influencing platform evolution and enterprise adoption of agent-driven development.

• Architect and manage JetBrains Central deployments in enterprise environments
• Mentor and support other Forward Deployed Engineers
• Drive transition to governed, AI-native development workflows
• Establish AI governance, including security and access controls
• Enable observability for AI-driven development
• Partner with product teams to shape platform evolution
