Sr. Software Solution Lead Engineer

General Motors is seeking a Senior Software Solution Lead Engineer to define and develop critical software features for their electric, internal combustion, and autonomous vehicles. This role involves managing requirements throughout the vehicle development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the stability and functionality of vehicle power systems.

• Develop and maintain software requirements using Behavior Driven Development (BDD) principles
• Create technical specifications and functional block diagrams
• Design Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) diagrams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integration and failure mode analysis
• Participate in agile development processes and manage features/stories in Jira
• Support root cause analysis and requirement revisions
