Full Stack Engineer

GDIT is seeking a Full Stack Platform Engineer to join their NIH CIT Hosting and Storage Services Program in Bethesda, MD. This hybrid role involves building and evolving a self-service Platform as a Service (PaaS) on AWS, enabling customers to deploy and operate application stacks. The engineer will work across the full technology stack, from backend services to user interfaces, and contribute to Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD workflows.

• Design, develop, test, and deliver features across the full technology stack (TypeScript, Node.js, React, REST APIs)
• Build accessible and responsive user experiences
• Develop and integrate platform capabilities with AWS services
• Contribute to Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Develop and maintain automated tests and CI/CD workflows
• Troubleshoot application, pipeline, and deployment issues
