GTM Engineer

Justworks is seeking a GTM Engineer to design, develop, and own production-grade internal tools that enhance revenue team operations. You will integrate various GTM systems, build LLM-powered workflows, and maintain data pipelines, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Data & Analytics teams. This role requires a strong background in backend development, API integrations, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Design and develop internal GTM applications like seller intelligence dashboards and CS health views
• Integrate GTM tech stack using APIs from Salesforce, Gong, Snowflake, and other tools
• Build and deploy LLM-powered workflows for deal risk detection and automated pipeline commentary
• Develop and maintain data pipelines powering GTM tooling
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Data & Analytics teams
• 4+ years of experience building production applications and strong Python/JavaScript skills
