Engineering Manager

Coast is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on growing the fleet platform. This hands-on leadership role involves setting technical direction, coaching engineers, and shaping the engineering organization. You will partner with Product and Design to deliver high-impact features and drive business metrics, with a focus on integrating AI into the development workflow.

• Own team delivery, keeping engineers unblocked and motivated
• Partner with Product and Design to ship best-in-class user experiences and APIs
• Provide technical leadership in architecture, implementation, and engineering fundamentals
• Coach and develop engineers through close attention to their work
• Build AI fluency across the team and integrate AI into the operating model
• Build a healthy, high-performing, inclusive team culture and hire talent
