Lead Full Stack Software Engineer

Lead a full-stack software engineering team focused on building modern, cloud-based solutions for Canadian Retirement. You will provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and drive architectural decisions to enhance customer and business partner experiences.

• Lead design, development, and delivery of full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React
• Architect and build scalable cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Mentor and coach developers through code reviews and technical leadership
• Promote software quality through automated testing and observability
• Drive DevOps adoption, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Support production systems and troubleshoot complex issues
