What we are looking for

Design, develop, and improve software using industry-aligned languages and tools
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers on software requirements and solution strategies
Promote code quality and knowledge sharing through code reviews
Adhere to secure coding practices and implement effective unit testing
Build features across UI, APIs, and data layers using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and React/Next.js
Experience with AI-assisted developer tools like GitLab Duo or GitHub Copilot
