UI/UX Engineer

This role bridges design and engineering to create intuitive and accessible user experiences for the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. You will translate UX research and prototypes into production-ready code, ensuring applications developed on AWS meet user needs, Section 508 compliance, and federal digital service standards.

• Translate research insights into actionable design specifications
• Develop responsive, accessible front-end applications using React
• Ensure compliance with Human-Centered Design principles
• Define and enforce UI/UX and front-end coding standards
• Evaluate designs for Section 508 and WCAG accessibility compliance
• Support iterative feedback loops through rapid prototyping
