About this role

Join Cisco's Agent Resilience team as a Senior Backend Engineer to build scalable backend services for AI agent observability, metrics, and control. You will primarily use Python and Go to develop high-throughput applications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions.

What we are looking for

Design, develop, and scale backend services and APIs for AI Resilience products
Build high-throughput applications for large volumes of users, requests, and data
Develop primarily in Python, with additional development in Go
Work with databases, Kafka, and data platforms
Collaborate with front-end engineers, AI researchers, and product managers
Deliver reliable, scalable backend functionality and improve application performance
