Nearform is seeking a full-time Tech Lead to guide development teams and collaborate with clients on innovative digital solutions. This remote role requires frequent travel to client sites within the US and involves translating business requirements into impactful applications, shaping architectural decisions, and ensuring best practices in software development and DevOps.

• Lead and mentor development teams
• Deliver projects and translate client requirements
• Shape architectural decisions for scalability and security
• Ensure software development and DevOps best practices
• Experience with Python, Go, React, TypeScript, Kubernetes, Terraform
• Experience with AI application development
