Senior Engineering Manager, Content Platform

Lead a highly technical team to define and execute the vision for a scalable, cloud-agnostic data abstraction layer. You will manage senior engineers in transitioning legacy services to a next-generation data platform with integrated AI/ML capabilities, focusing on distributed systems and real-time data pipelines.

• Define technical vision and architectural roadmap for a scalable data platform
• Oversee design and deployment of real-time streaming pipelines and distributed data architecture
• Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing, distributed engineering organization
• Own reliability, performance, and technical debt management of the data platform
• Hands-on experience with GenAI-driven platforms or integrating ML pipelines
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, real-time data pipelines, and large-scale data infrastructure
