What we are looking for

Lead GenAI feature and agent development using tools like Devin and Cursor
Build and govern teams of virtual developers
Partner with Product Management and Engineering to translate AI ideas into products
Evangelize GenAI adoption across the company through knowledge sharing
5+ years backend experience in .NET/.NET Core and ASP.NET Core
5+ years front-end experience with React, Vue, Angular, or Svelte and TypeScript
