About this role

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to help customers maximize the value of their Data Intelligence Platform. This hybrid technical and commercial role involves collaborating with sales and field engineering teams to drive platform adoption, provide post-sale technical leadership, and build executive relationships. You will be the primary technical contact for complex customers, ensuring successful onboarding, enablement, and ongoing usage of Databricks workloads.

Lead post-technical win technical account strategy and execution
Serve as the accountable technical leader for specific use cases and customers
Act as the first point of contact for technical issues and production/go-live status
Leverage internal resources and escalate to expert-level technical experts
Develop and execute strategies to accelerate key use cases into production
Navigate Product and Engineering teams for new product innovations and needs
