Business Development Representative - CEE region

HubSpot is seeking a Business Development Representative to identify and engage potential customers in the CEE region. You will generate interest through calls, emails, and social media, understand prospect challenges, and qualify leads for Account Executives. This role involves collaborating with sales teams to develop strategies and schedule product demonstrations.

• Conduct high-volume prospecting for qualified leads
• Collaborate with Account Executives on prospect strategies
• Schedule online product demonstrations
• Understand customer needs using sales methodologies
• Carry out market research to broaden customer base
• Fluency in English required, other CEE languages are a plus
