Business Development Sales Representative

As a Business Development Manager, you will drive profitable growth in the UK Facilities Management sector by expanding service revenue within existing accounts and securing new partnerships. You will build strategic relationships with FM providers, positioning Johnson Controls as the preferred partner for HVAC service and maintenance solutions.

• Sell HVAC maintenance contracts, PPM, reactive services, and energy efficiency solutions
• Proven experience in HVAC service sales or facilities management sales
