Sales Engineer

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive sales and business development in the Malaysian market. This role involves proactive customer development, managing project pipelines, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with design institutions and industrial agents to secure projects.

• Develop OEM customers and new business opportunities in Malaysia
• Manage project pipelines from tracking to order signing
• Provide full-process solutions including product matching and pricing
• Achieve annual sales targets (AOP)
• Collaborate with design institutions and industrial agents for project bids
• Build company branding with the marketing team
