Mid-Market Account Executive

Motive is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business sales for companies with 50-174 trucks in the US. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, focusing on educating clients about Motive's platform for physical operations management. This remote role offers significant growth potential within the company's fastest-growing sales segment.

• Drive new business logos and meet revenue quotas
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Generate outbound leads through cold calling and strategic outreach
• Lead discovery calls, demos, and trials
• Collaborate with Sales Development, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success
