Manager, Sales Engineering

As a Manager, Sales Engineering for Mastercard Identity, you will be a technical expert guiding prospects through our advanced fraud detection and identity verification solutions. You will collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs, demonstrate product value through technical expertise and data science insights, and ensure successful pre-sale experiences. This role is crucial for growing our identity solutions business in Brazil by building trust and providing strategic guidance to clients.

• Lead technical pre-sales engagements for identity verification and fraud detection solutions
• Demonstrate product value using data science, machine learning, and API knowledge
• Collaborate with Sales to understand prospect needs and tailor solutions
• Build strong relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor to clients
• Conduct proof of value tests and provide product training
• Liaise with Product teams to share customer feedback and influence roadmap
