Senior Staff Engineer (Solar)

Invenergy seeks a Senior Staff Engineer to support the technical design and evaluation of utility-scale solar projects. This role involves screening projects, defining constraints, optimizing layouts, analyzing energy production, and assisting with permitting and financing efforts.

• Perform engineering activities for utility-scale solar projects
• Screen prospective solar projects and identify risks
• Define project constraints and optimize layouts
• Analyze meteorological datasets and estimate energy production
• Assist with permitting, sales proposals, and project financing
• Conduct site visits and participate in community outreach
