Senior Director, Engagement Management

Domino Data Lab is seeking a Senior Director of Engagement Management to lead customer adoption, implementation, and expansion of their AI platform. This role involves owning the end-to-end customer program, directing delivery teams, and ensuring successful outcomes that drive customer renewal and growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise customer-facing roles, strong technical fluency, and a proven ability to manage complex projects and teams.

• Own customer program end-to-end from contract signature through expansion
• Direct delivery pods including Forward Deployed Engineers and Integration & Architecture teams
• Earn trust at all levels, from C-suite sponsors to production data scientists
• Lead solutioning conversations connecting AI capabilities to customer business outcomes
• Drive adoption, enablement, and change management for successful product utilization
• Partner with sales and customer success to uncover and qualify expansion opportunities
