Sales Development Representative, Intelligence (Los Angeles)

Crexi is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline for their AI-powered commercial real estate data and analytics platform. You will identify, engage, and qualify prospective buyers through high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and social outreach. This role involves researching prospects, scheduling discovery calls, and maintaining CRM records to contribute to sales goals.

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and social outreach
• Research and qualify prospects using market intelligence and CRM tools
• Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and product demonstrations
• Initiate and nurture early-stage pipeline with compelling value proposition introductions
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and activity logs in Salesforce
• Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Crexi Intelligence and the CRE data landscape
