Account Executive

As an Account Executive in Mexico City, you will be the first point of contact for employees seeking wellness, legal, financial, and nutritional guidance through our Employee Assistance Program. You will deliver client presentations, support account launches, and drive account performance insights. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless access to mental health and wellness services, directly impacting the well-being of thousands of employees.

• Deliver client presentations and support account launches in Spanish and English
• Prepare usage and utilization reports to track portfolio performance
• Execute account onboarding and client retention activities
• Manage client information and communications across platforms
• Represent the team at client events and fairs
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
