Solutions Engineer

Johnson Controls is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their innovative Thermal Solutions team in Burlington, MA. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to execute thermal management projects, developing novel cooling solutions, and ensuring project success through strong coordination and technical feasibility assessments. The position requires an onsite presence four days a week and is ideal for experienced engineers passionate about pushing the boundaries of thermal management in demanding environments.

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams for project execution
• Develop novel thermal-fluid solutions and concepts
• Perform initial analysis and feasibility assessments
• Manage project risks, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery
• Collaborate with sales and technical sales teams
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience
