Organon is seeking a Director of Sales and Account Management to lead a team of field-based professionals in driving sales growth for women's health products. This remote role requires extensive travel and involves developing strategies, motivating teams, and fostering key customer relationships within the complex women's health market.

• Lead and motivate a team of Clinical Account Specialists, Account Executives, and Field Specialists
• Drive sales growth and achieve regional business goals
