Senior Solutions / Sales Engineer

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join their Identity team in Toronto. This role involves supporting the sales process by providing technical expertise on identity verification and behavioral assessment solutions. You will collaborate with prospects to understand their needs, demonstrate product value, and advise on leveraging data and machine learning for fraud detection and risk assessment.

• Support Sales team in winning deals and driving sales to completion
• Act as the subject matter expert for Mastercard Identity products and solutions
• Explain data science concepts, machine learning models, and API-delivered services
• Understand business needs and design solutions using Mastercard Identity products
• Build strong relationships with prospects and customers
• Drive success through proof of value product tests
