Account Manager, Employee Benefits

HUB International is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to provide day-to-day oversight and advocacy for client health and welfare programs. You will manage all aspects of the client service process, act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers, and ensure accurate account management and data maintenance.

• Manage all aspects of the account-service process
• Serve as client point of contact for inquiries and resolve service issues
• Maintain accurate and organized account files and update systems
• Analyze insurance plans and make recommendations to clients
• Prepare and deliver presentations for renewals and open enrollment
• Lead implementation of new and renewal plans
