Sales Engineer

As an Ingeniero de soporte de ventas, you will drive the adoption of real-time visibility and monitoring solutions across Latin America's food supply chain. You will partner with sales teams, customers, and partners to identify opportunities, demonstrate value, and support solution implementation. This role combines technical expertise with consultative selling to achieve measurable customer outcomes and regional growth.

• Support LATAM sales with technical expertise and consultative selling
• Conduct customer discovery to identify supply chain challenges and risks
• Deliver product demonstrations, pilot programs, and ROI assessments
• Translate customer challenges into business value (waste reduction, food safety)
• Lead technical execution for key customer segments across LATAM
• Develop account penetration and market expansion strategies
