Supplier Development Engineer

Blue Origin is seeking a Supplier Development Engineer to build and execute technical programs that transform their supply base. You will work directly with suppliers to lead qualification activities, design development programs, and drive measurable improvements in quality and delivery. This field-forward role requires regular on-site presence with suppliers to ensure qualification outcomes and directly impact the history of space exploration.

• Lead supplier qualification activities through Blue Origin's four-gate pathway
• Conduct on-site supplier audits to evaluate manufacturing process maturity, quality systems, and capacity
• Drive supplier development programs including design-to-manufacture workshops
• Partner with Supplier Quality to assess supplier QMS capability
• Maintain the enterprise qualification library for cross-program reuse
• Support international supply base development with consistent standards
