Account Executive, Field Sales & Training - San Antonio

Sol de Janeiro, a globally recognized beauty brand, is seeking an experienced Field Sales & Training Account Executive in San Antonio. This role focuses on building brand awareness, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service through in-store programs, events, and education. You will collaborate with retail partners and internal teams to achieve sales goals and enhance brand presence.

• Build brand awareness and drive sales in assigned territory
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and in-store education
• Develop strong relationships with retail partners and store staff
• Plan and execute in-store events and training sessions
• Manage sales performance and inventory levels
• Minimum 3-5 years of field sales or account coordinator experience in skincare/beauty
