Account Executive

Terminix is seeking an Account Executive to sell pest management services to new and existing commercial customers. This role involves prospecting, inspecting properties, developing sales strategies, and building customer relationships. The position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, with on-target earnings of $75,000+ in the first year.

• Sell pest management services and products to new and existing commercial customers
• Prospect for new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Inspect buildings for pests and sell appropriate pest control solutions
• Develop territory strategies to exceed sales targets
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth
• Utilize company sales CRM for daily activities and performance tracking
