• Manage, monitor, coach, and train SMB Account Executive Directors and Account Executives
• Drive revenue-generating activities and identify opportunities to improve sales techniques
• Ensure effective pipeline management and achievement of sales goals
• Assist with recruitment and conduct pipeline reviews
• Meet and exceed overall revenue objectives for the SMB Account Executive Area
