Inside Sales Rep

United Rentals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Knoxville, TN, to act as a key customer contact. You will recommend solutions, quote, sell, and fulfill orders for equipment and services, build relationships, and drive sales and branch growth. This role involves processing rentals, establishing new accounts, negotiating prices, and coordinating deliveries.

• Process rental quotations, reservations and contracts
• Establish new rental and sales accounts
• Negotiate prices on equipment rentals
• Dispatch delivery trucks and manage customer expectations
• Generate leads for new business
• Warm call on lost and/or dormant accounts
