HVAC Owner Account Executive

Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC Owner Account Executive to sell service offerings to building owners, focusing on Director-level relationships. You will build and manage long-term partnerships, promote technical solutions, and expand service agreements to drive account growth and improve building performance.

• Sell Johnson Controls service offerings to owners and decision makers
• Build, manage, and expand long-term partnerships with target and managed accounts
• Position renewable service agreements as part of the customer relationship strategy
• Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities
• Expand the depth and breadth of Johnson Controls offerings within existing accounts
• Focus on services and retrofits that help improve existing buildings
