Account Executive

CRC is seeking an Account Executive to manage assigned accounts throughout their lifecycle, from submission to renewal. This role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, promoting new and renewal business, and negotiating coverage terms with underwriters. The position requires strong knowledge of insurance products and excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Manage accounts through full lifecycle: submission, quoting, binding, servicing
• Coordinate internal resources and stakeholders for timely placement
• Promote new and renewal business to support production goals
• Negotiate coverage terms, pricing, deductibles, and exclusions with underwriters
• Prepare coverage recommendations and solutions for agents
• Execute post-bind servicing activities and manage renewals
